When I’m not keeping things running smoothly at work, you’ll find me coaching scholarship pageants, jet-setting with my fiancé, rallying for Chicago sports, or throwing holiday parties that friends and family talk about all year.
Eboni Kelso is an operations and administrative professional who blends sharp organizational skills with a genuine commitment to people. She currently serves as Administrative/Operations Coordinator at RJ Communications, where she helps keep the agency’s work running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Previously, at BMO, she supported senior executives on the executive floor, ensuring daily operations ran without a hitch. Before that, she served Chicago communities through roles at Chicago Public Schools and SGA Youth & Family Services—building partnerships, managing programs, and making sure resources reached the students and families who needed them most. Earlier, at Hu-Friedy, she honed her client service expertise working with educational and government partners.
Across every role, Eboni is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to create order while keeping people at the center.
