Many of the posts and articles featured on Sermo’s social media channels were not optimized for social best practices. Sermo’s social presence needed a facelift to increase engagement and reach, and position Sermo as the leading voice in healthcare insights, organically.

  • Created then implemented social strategy that offered consistent posting, relevant topics, and one branded voice with a similar look and feel across all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and  Twitter) to increase awareness via impressions and followers 

  • Established a regular cadence of publishing content to get on top of social algorithms, extend post reach, and drive users to website

Success

  • Social strategy drove over 864K impressions, up 23% and 21% from the previous year on LinkedIn and Facebook, respectively 

  • Quality content focused on topics interesting to audiences kept them engaged and wanting to learn more  

  • Content garnered over 7K link clicks, up 2% across social platforms, and over 20K engagements, up 54% and 131% on LinkedIn and Facebook, respectively
